It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities. Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.

All sales are final, if you wish to cancel your order you must do so the same day no later than 6PM EST - please send a cancellation request in writing to cc@chartertactical.com. Orders placed after 6PM that require cancelation must be in writing to cc@chartertactical.com no later than 6PM the following day.
Credit card fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
If the cancelation request comes after the above stated time the customer must follow the rules applicable to returns.
In some cases, Charter Tactical may have to cancel an order or part of an order. Charter Tactical will provide a refund or gift card for the amount of the order or part of the order that was cancelled. In the event Charter Tactical have to cancel an order or part of an order, Charter Tactical will also refund the credit card fee associated with it.
All sales of NEW firearms, ammunition, ammunition components, blank cartridges and clothing are FINAL, and returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED.
Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if un-fired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transfered into your possession.
We do not reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replcement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy).
In the case of a failed background check and incorrect ordering original shipping charges are not refunded if the item is not found to be defective. Customers will be responsible for return shipping in these cases. These orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Orders shipped to a FFL and transferred are FINAL UPON 6PM EST the same day of placing the order, or 6PM the following day for orders made after 6PM EST.
If a defect is discovered in any firearm after being transferred to your possession you muct contact the manufacturer directly and request a warranty repair or replacement.

CUSTOMER FURTHER AUTHORIZES AND CONSENTS TO CHARTER TACTICAL CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ORDER, OR TO DEDUCT THE FEES FROM THE REFUNDED AMOUNT.
Charter Tactical reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. Charter Tactical reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.
Credit Card Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE (3.5%). In the event of a refund buyer will not be refunded the credit card processing fees.
Customer MUST email cc@chartertactical.com prior to returning any item.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by Charter Tactical and MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If the item is not returned in resalable condition, Charter Tactical will add a further restocking fee.
A restocking fee (30% of the purchase price) + Shipping will apply should an item be returned due to any reason including failed background checks or incorrect product purchases.
Items returned to us due to incorrect address details, FFL's having changed their address, FFL does not accept transfers or are no longer in business resulting in a reattempted shipping delivery will be subject to a $25 shipping delivery reattempt fee.
Chargeback claims made after buyer has taken possession of item(s) will be challenged, reported to the ATF, and buyers local police department for stolen goods.
Chargeback claims made from buyer will incur a $25 chargeback fee taken from the card we have on file, or the refund amount we have committed to giving. We are committed to making things right when orders experience problems and will work with you to provide the best possible outcome.
We do not buy or sell used firearms.
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Customer is responsible for checking local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 5 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
Items that are not in store & are restricted to direct drop ship will be first shipped to us (Charter Tactical) and then shipped to your chosen FFL dealer address. This leads to a longer delivery fulfilment time, depending on how quickly your FFL provides required documentation.
Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
We do not ship ammunition to CA, CT, DC, IL, MA, NJ and NY.
Black Powder firearms are restricted to CA (pistols only), HI, IL, MA, MI, NY, NY, and RI.
Magazine with a capacity of 10+ are restricted in the following states: CA, OR, HI, IL, MA, MI, NY, NJ.
