Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from us. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price using your original payment method. This does NOT include any customization charges.

All items returned or exchanged must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Gift items purchased online through shootingaccessoriesandsupplies.com on or after November 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019, are valid for return through January 15, 2020, or within 30 days from the ship date, whichever comes later. If submitted after this time the order will only be eligible for store credit, or exchange. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail and will be credited to the original form of payment. Products that are on sale to be returned will only be eligible for exchange or store credit towards your next purchase. All of our Nexbelt straps are cut to fit and may not be exchanged or returned if cut.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for equal value products. If you are exchanging for a new item that is higher priced than the original item being exchanged, you will be charged for the difference in the price. We'll refund you the difference if the new item costs less.

Belt Straps

All of our Nexbelt straps are cut to fit and may not be exchanged or returned if cut.

Shipping Costs

If requesting a refund, we ask that you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us.

If you are asking for an exchange of an item, we will split the cost of shipping…. Just pay to ship it back and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

Gifts

We are happy to exchange items or issue a merchandise credit for gifts that are returned to us within the 30 day time limit. We use the estimated delivery date for calculating the 30 day return period with gifts.

Information Needed

Prior to any return being accepted all returns must be communicated to us via email shootingaccessoriesreturns@gmail.com. A member of our team will get to you within 48 – 72 hours.

What to Do & Send Us

• Please email us & await a reply.
• Carefully place the items and all packaging we provided in a box along with the original order invoice that came with the product.

NOTE: Please ship your items using a traceable / secure method of delivery. We are unable to assume responsibility for items that do not reach us.

Confirmation of Receipt and Processing Times

We will notify you by email of the status of your refund / exchange after we have received and inspected the item(s). If we approve your refund / exchange we will quickly initiate any refund or the shipment of your exchanged item(s).

Depending on the policies of your credit card company, please plan on up to 7 days (for refunds) and 10 days for receipt of your new item(s) shopped as an exchange.
